Juval Lowy's company, IDesign.net, has a great collection of code.  All the downloads come with VS.NET 2003 and 2002 (.NET Framework v1.1 and v1.0) solution files.  All the downloads are free, of course, and cover the topics .NET Essentials, Application Frameworks, C#, C++, COM+, Enterprise Services, and System programming.
