Delete all unlocked posts in SharpReader

Cool SharpReader shortcut:

If you press Shift + Delete on a feed, SharpReader will ask you if you want to delete all unlocked posts for the currently selected feed.  This shortcut works when the TreeView or FeedView (not the post content) pane is selected.  Good for when you need to get rid of 20 or 30 old posts that are in SharpReader.
