Elections are over, get back to work!

I’ve remained quiet on the political front, allowing others to show either their ignorance or brilliance depending on whom they supported in relation to your candidate. :)

All I have to say is that Kerry went out with class (unlike his predecessor), and the American population woke up with a record turnout. Now let’s all work on unity, as both President Bush and Senator Kerry called for!

Oh, and if you didn’t vote this year, please do so next time!

Bravo Darrell!

I agree with you and as a 'red state-r' myself, I was VERY impressed with Kerry's speech. I thought he was very gracious and deserves kudos for that.

Now, let's all make it good with out regard to who is in the White House!

Same here, I respect Kerry for not dragging out a fight that he knew he would probably lose. There are some folks upset about the outcome, but I think the majority of Americans came out of Tuesday with a feeling of pride in the democratic process that we all have the wonderful benefit of contributing to in this country.

This says it all:

Now I'd better get back to work... :)
