I wonder how many different products I need to buy/install to get the same functionality as I can get for free from Firefox (+extensions). Pitiful response.

Yeah, I wasn't too impressed myself. I'm still trying to figure out if they are concerned yet acting like nothing is wrong, or they are not concerned and are behaving accordingly.
