Sean McCormack (of Zanebug and Codus fame) was recently interviewed by the Milwaukee Business Journal about Scrum. The article reviews some of the challenges to implementing agile software development, in this case Scrum, at a large company (Miller Brewing). Ken Schwaber is also part of the article. My favorite quote, about companies using offshoring to try to reduce the cost of failed projects:
"They're basically trying to cut the cost of failure, which is a really cynical approach."
If any company would like to cut the cost of failure even further, please contact me and we'll work out something where I'll charge you mere tens of thousands of dollars to fail in a week or so. You'll save time and money!
