So my Serverbeach server is currently inaccessible

My forums and company free trial server went down last night. I was getting a 404 error for apache (which was odd since it's a windows 2k3 machine). I also couldn't remote into the machine. So I opened a ticket with serverbeach and got this response:

Subject:

Hello, Your server is back online, there was an issue with another server taking your ip address. That has now been resolved.

Mike

Alright, it'll probably take some time before the dns stuff repoints, so I go to bed. Log in this morning and the server is still inaccessible! Grrr

Well, for the record, they had my server up super fast, everything worked fine until this IP address collision issue.

Other than this problem I've been completely satisfied. I've sent a mail to their billing team requesting a credit since my server is unavailable through no fault of mine. How fast they get on this and how their customer service treats me will determine whether I still host with them next month.

Hey... did you know your comment ended up on Tim Weaver's post?

Doh! Friday Fingers!

Server seems to be back up now. My websites are accessable again.

So even though the problem didn't get fixed last night like it should have, when I contacted billing and complained this morning it was fixed expediently. I feel satisfied with the response even if I am slightly disappointed by the time it took.
