Samsung Syncmaster 225BW

So I finally relinquished my 19" sony trinitron CRT monitor and upgraded to the Samsung SyncMaster 225BW LCD which is a 22 inch widescreen which I picked up from newegg on their daily specials last week for $376. I must say this monitor is fantastic! I have more screen real estate than I feel like I know what to do with. The colors are vibrant, no dead pixels, and as usual newegg service was great.

I can't wait to find a nice corner desk where I can stick two of these bad-boys!

Yeah, I'm dual at work. The only thing holding me back at home is my 4 yr old desk that I dislike but I haven't found a nice corner desk that is dual monitor and organized how I'd like it. I'll take suggestions though.

So 2 of them were hooked up to my pc. 1 week later, the one I exchanged goes on the fritz!

Its not the DVI cable because I tried others, and tried hooking it up to my laptop. I brought it back to best buy and they saw it was messed up. They couldn't give me another one because its back orders.

So now I'm inconvenienced with 1 LCD. These 225bws seem like they are all bad. There is alot of back light bleed on dark scenes too.

samsung 225bw will not work with windows media center edition. u push ctrl alt dep and it allows u too see windows media center opened but when u click on an application like the tv. the screen goes black. and as soon as u exit windows media center the monitor works again. any ideas what it could be? i tried using both digital and analog cables but with no luck.
