Couple of things to announce here today.
1. We are offering free posts throughout the launch period (expires 10/25/2006). After the launch period, job ads will cost $350 which is less than most of your big spam sites like Monster, and of course you get all the benefits of aggregating your job feeds to our affiliate list which has doubled in size in less than 24 hours.
2. We've had several of our readers inquire about affiliates/referrals for non-bloggers. The answer is yes we will be launching a referral program for non-bloggers. This means the readership will be able to refer friends, family, and contacts and receive a royalty fee if they sign up with their affiliate code. We expect to launch this feature sometime in the next week or two.
3. If you haven't looked at one of our job ads, you should. Notice below the ad itself is a series of questions and answers. These are optional for the employer to fill out. We started off with a small subset that we thought IT workers would be interested in. We'd like to ad some more. Comment on my blog, discuss, we'll put in additional questions based on the discussion.
