Dear Paypal,
Your api documentation and setup process... what's the right word... sucks. The sign up process is pretty confusing with menu overload, and the fact that you need dozens of third party vendors to build wrapper carts says something about the ease of use of your API.
Please fix this, there is no reason why in this modern day someone shouldn't be able to wire into your site in 5 minutes or less.
