I will be presenting at the beginning of the meeting on some design patterns, namely some DDD/PEAA design patterns. I won’t get as much into them as I would like to but I will cover Active Record, Repository, Identity Map, Value Object, and possibly Command/Unit of Work depending on time.
The real reason to come is to see Wally McClure’s presentation on Atlas. You may have heard of Wally before, he runs the ASP.NET podcast, is a MVP and a ASPInsider , and he has authored three .NET books including one that was recently published on Atlas. I have a feeling this will be a great presentation!
