Tuesday was an incredibly busy day at TechEd 2006. It seemed like at 12,000 attendees arrived at the same time and attended the same sessions. The turnout for some sessions was incredible.
I presented the first of my two Commerce Server 2007 Chalk Talks, got video taped for a VirtualTechEd.com podcast, met Eric Wise (fellow CodeBetter.com blogger) and had dinner with the team from FarPoint Technologies at the Union House Oyster Bar which is 180 years old (the restaurant, not the oysters).
I grabbed a couple more copies of the new Visual Studio 2005 Team Edition for Database Professionals or "Team Data" as they call it and spent some time with Robert Merriman [MSFT], the Test Manager for this new product. They've really put a lot of time and effort into this product and it's pretty impressive.
Tomorrow should be a more normal day and I plan to attend as many sessions as I can cram into 12 hours!
