I am really looking forward to the book, even more so since the series it came from was, in my opinion, a gold mine for someone trying to get their head around these things.  The wiki is a wonderful idea.  By the way, the real bonus for me is being able to find this stuff all in one place with decent prose and examples.

Great idea - I have thought many times that converting your blog (and extras) into a book would make for great reading.
