I don't mind banner ads on webpages. Nor do I mind sponsored images in a page. That's just like a (printed) newspaper. But what drives me completely nuts are animated banners. The moving images keep on drawing your focus even after having read the message time after time. Which is a natural reflex, but in the end you just stop reading. Am I getting old ?
