After quite a journey I made it home. Having enjoyed the ASP.NET panel one of the last shutles took me to the airport. I had quite a time to wait for my plane. There was no WiFi on the airport but a power plug was available. I killed the time with installing Whidbey, something which usualy takes a while. The good thing is that the installation takes no more time than the installation of 2003, the bad thing is that the installation did not go flawless. My machine has a long history of previous versions of .net and the result was that the installation of the framework messed up my web.config file.

Also on the airport was Chanks Aounugam from the VS team of Microsoft. He'll help me out and I'll blog more about this (and many many more) later.

The only WiFi on JFK New York was a Commnet peer (no kidding). The fligth to Amsterdam had at least four PDC'ers on board. The train took me home and I used the sunday to re-hydrate in our village's swimming pool. It's good to be home, but on the other hand : “All the leaves are brown” (not in the key of C#). It's been a wonderfull conference.
