Sometime ago I had some bad experiences with Sony support and let the world know in my blog. This week I had a very good support experience with Sony, it's no more than just to blog that as well.
A Sony flatpanel broke down, 2 years old but still within the warranty. They could not fix it in time and with a little push from the reseller I got a brand new one. A free update, really worthwile as these things are getting better every month.
