I'm still waiting on copies of
Code Complete 2 and the
Extreme Programming Pocket Guide to arrive at my doorstep. As you can see on the right, I'm re-reading some parts of my MSIL book. I personally don't like to read books that are language specific. I love books on patterns and practices and .Net framework. Any suggestions on a great book out there I can pick up that you've read and would give a "must read" review? I wonder what the people who write books read in their spare time, if they have any spare time. If you're smart and dedicated enough to write a book, what are you reading? Anything?
