SourceSafe Binding Remover

I updated this to run in Visual Studio 2008 and .NET 3.5.  It should work down to .NET 2.0.

    Is there something wrong with the attachment?
    I had to use winrar to extract a file called “SourceSafeBindingRemover20″ without the quotes.

    I thought this might be an executable so I renamed the file to SourceSafeBindingRemover20.exe yet nothing happens when I executed the file.

    The “SourceSafeBindingRemover20.zip” is corrupted.

    The attachment SourceSafeBindingRemover20.zip downloads only a 9.5Kb file, which does not unzip (corruption).
